To submit your entry for The Rehab 4 Addiction Health Care Scholarship, please fill out the below and email your answers to scholarship(at)rehab4addiction.co.uk.
Submissions must contain a personal essay (no more than 500 words) explaining why you are passionate about working in health care, with a particular focus on addiction, substance use disorders and mental health.
Once entries are reviewed, a winner will be chosen for a $1,000 academic scholarship. Submissions must be submitted to us by 11:59 p.m. Pacific Standard Time on Friday, December 9, 2022.
