However, we do have trained professionals on sight to help you get through this, we’ll also have prescribed medication that we can offer you to help with some symptoms you might struggle with.

It’s important that if you do go through a detox that it is done within an approved rehab facility.

It can be incredibly dangerous to undergo this step without trained professionals consistently monitoring you with the right medication there to help you get through the worst of withdrawal.

This step normally lasts somewhere between 7 to 10 days, this is roughly how long it takes for the toxins to leave your system.

Once this has happened, we’ll move onto the rehabilitation part of rehab.

Due to this, you’ll find that the rehab is centred around ensuring a calming atmosphere with facilities that encourage you to work out and push to focus on your fitness.

There will also be fitness classes and even fitness therapy for those who need it.

To care for your mental health, there will be psychotherapists, psychologists and addiction specialists on hand to guide you, educate you and support you.

You will undergo individual and group therapy as well.
