Rehab 4 Addiction

Drug and alcohol dependency is a devastating issue for many families across the UK. Taking the first step towards recovery can be an overwhelming and daunting task.

At Rehab 4 Addiction, we understand that time is crucial when dealing with addiction. That’s why we’ve simplified the task of searching for a treatment provider to ensure you get the most effective treatment, tailored to your individual needs.

We work with over 120 different treatment providers for drug and alcohol dependency across the UK and abroad. From this list, we’ve handpicked the best providers within your area, connecting you to essential medical professionals who will not only help you through your recovery process, but will also ensure you maintain that recovery through our 12-month aftercare programme.

Why Rehab?

In England alone, it is estimated there are over 580,000 dependent drinkers with over half of these coming from London. The Crime Survey for England and Wales reported that 1 in 11 adults between the ages of 16 to 59 had used drugs over throughout 2020.

Recovering from drug and alcohol dependency is a challenging journey and one no one should have to go through alone. Rehab not only gives you access to essential treatments and medical care; it also provides you with a supportive community.

Getting the best treatment

At Rehab 4 Addiction, we pride ourselves on providing the best advice for substance abuse disorders. We work with you when creating your treatment plan to ensure it is perfectly tailored to your wants and needs.

Whilst most treatment providers offer both inpatient and outpatient care, the benefits of inpatient or residential care for drug and alcohol dependency far exceeds the benefits of outpatient care. By attending one of our residential treatment facilities, you take away the power of temptation as well as the stress and difficulty of trying to go through your recovery alone.

Our recommended programme takes between 21 to 28 days; however, many people find they need a longer treatment plan, there are also shorter options which can be completed in as little as 12 days.

No matter which programme you opt for, we will support you every step of the way to ensure you get the perfect treatment.

The first step

All our treatment plans begin with a short, confidential telephone assessment, completed by a psychiatric professional. This gives us an insight in to your personal preferences and necessities and helps us tailor your healing experience. Upon arrival at the treatment facility, a consultant will work with you to ensure you receive the treatment that works best for you.

Detox

The detoxification process is paramount to your recovery. Going through detox can cause many distressing withdrawal symptoms such as nausea, anxiety, muscle pain and insomnia.

Our medicated treatment process helps you manage these symptoms through tailor-made medication such as Librium, making your transition from dependency to recovery a safer and more comfortable one. This process usually lasts around 7 days and is supported by round-the-clock care.

Specialist Therapies

Once you have thoroughly completed your detox, you will be offered a number of specialist therapies. These therapies will help to solidify your recovery and make maintaining it much more manageable.

Some of the therapies we offer include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy and the 12-Step programme.

Holistic Therapies

Along with our specialist therapies, our treatment plans also offer a number of holistic therapies such as Art Therapy, Music Therapy and Mindfulness. Holistic therapies compliment rehab treatments by improving self-confidence, strengthening resistance to cravings and improving sleep disturbances as well as emotional stress.

Aftercare

Just like the rest of your treatment plan, your aftercare treatment plan will be tailored to your individual needs and will focus on enhancing your understanding and execution of the concepts you’ve learned during your time in rehab.

An effective aftercare plan is crucial to your continued recovery once you return to your everyday life. Drug and Alcohol dependency recovery is a lifelong commitment; therefore, we want to ensure you have all the tools you will need to be successful in your recovery.

All the treatment providers we recommend are regulated by either the Care Quality Commission in England and Wales, or the Care Inspectorate in Scotland. Our aftercare programmes focus on the four key characteristics of recovery; health, home, purpose and community.
